These terms from a legally binding agreement between User (You) and Groomigromer.This terms shall control the use of the website, mobile app which enable the User to connect with us in relation to services offered through Groomigromer platform.
Please read these terms carefully before accessing, using Groomigromer. Groomigromer through Groomigromer platform connect User and provide better branded salon and parlour services.
Eligibility for registration :
Only you just need a smart phone. A permanent mobile number and email for contact.
Account registration :
Groomigromer service will be available for you after successfully registration. By using your Mobile/E-mail and password you can login into Groomigromer platform. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account Information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account. Make sure that you logout after the end of each session. Groomigromer is not liable if any phishing attack on you. Groomigromer restricted the access for unregistered user. At the time of registration make sure you are providing correct details and complete the registration Use another user's account details strictly prohibited.
Terms of use:
You need to provide correct details about you.
You need to be present according to your booking time.
You can't ask for extra service, if you want extra service then you just need to book another time slot through Groomigromer.
We will not charge any registration fees.
Shop owner/member may ask you for the booking OTP to verify that You are the right person.
If you are not able to provide the OTP Shop owner/member will not provide the service.
Cancellation :
As a general rule User shall not be entitled to cancel Order once it's placed. But in a certain Circumstances if User want to cancel orderhe/she need to cancel within a certain time.
i> For advanced order you need to cancel before 2 hours of the time slot you had chosen.
ii> Any order which is done by mistake You need to cancel the order within 5 mint.
However,
Groomigromer may check User previous cancellation history and
Groomigromer reserves right to deny refund to User and may suspend your account more
of Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Warranty :
If your belongings lost or damage in Shop during your Service, Groomigromer will not be liable for that.
Safety and sanitation :
You need to maintain proper safety precautions.
