These Cancellation and Refund Policy is legally binding agreement between User(User) and Groomigromer.
Please read these terms carefully before accessing, using Groomigromer.
As a general rule User shall not be entitled to cancel Order once it's placed. But in a certain Circumstances if User want to cancel order he/she need to cancel within a certain time.
i.  For advanced order you need to cancel before 2 hours of the time slot you had chosen.
ii.  Any order which is done by mistake You need to cancel the order within 5 mint.
However, User may check User previous cancellation history and User reserves right to deny refund to User and may suspend your account.

Buyer can proceed refund only he/she did prepaid Order. If Buyer eligible for refund he/she will get 100% refund of ordered value. Refund might take max 5-7 working days to reflect on bank account of Buyer.
