These terms from a legally binding agreement between partners (saloner or cosmetologist or barber) and Groomigromer. This terms shall control the use of the website, mobile app which enable the partners to connect with us in relation to services offered through Groomigromer platform. Please read these terms carefully before accessing, using Groomigromer. Groomigromer through Groomigromer platform connect partners (Saloner, Barber, Cosmetologist) and provide them a Brand. Zero charges will be taken by Groomigromer for registration. Your shop will be online after verification by the Groomigromer team.

Eligibility for registration

Only you just need a smart phone and some basic documents. A permanent mobile number and email for contact.
Android or iOS mobile
PAN Card
Bank account
Trade License or any other legal documents

Terms of use

You need to provide correct details about you and your shop.
We will not charge any maintenance cost.
We will charge certain commission from each booking (10-15%).
Pricing of the services should be decided by the partner (saloner or cosmetologist or barber.
A partners have to be with us atleast 2 years.
Your first priority should be Groomigromer's customers.
You have to keep customer data private and secure. You can't share their details to anyone.
We will not charge any registration fees.
We will not charge for service listing in Groomigromer platform.

Late fine

If you (shop owner) do not pay the percentage to Groomigromer at the end of the weeks Groomigromer may charge late fine on you. If this occurs more then 3-4 times then Groomigromer may ban or un-list your shop permanently from Groomigromer platform.

Account registration

Groomigromer service will be available for you after successfully registration. By using your Mobile/E-mail and password you can login into groomigromer platform. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account Information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account. Make sure that you logout after the end of each session. Groomigromer is not liable if any phishing attack on you. Groomigromer restricted the access for unregistered user. At the time of registration make sure you are providing correct details and complete the registration Use another user's account details strictly prohibited.

Communication and regulation

You have to behave good with customer and have to speak softly and politely with customer.
Your first priority should be the customer who booked through Groomigromer, it means if at the same time when a offline and a Groomigromer customer come to your shop you have to serve your service to Groomigromer customer first.
Before starting your service to Groomigromer customer you have to check customer details.
If a Groomigromer customer want more service, then you can't serve extra service to him/her, you just approach the customer for a new booking with new time slot or choose another day.
You have to be particular to maintain the time slot for a Groomigromer customers.
You have to provide good quality service.
You have to wear apron, musk, gloves while providing your service to the customer.
